Sims Executive Search is a member of, and currently active on the Board of Directors for, the Mid America Association of Personnel and Staffing Services. The mission is to provide training and advancement in the recruiting industry.
We are often asked what differentiates Sims Executive Search from other firms. With some firms you will deal with your account manager up front to determine your needs, and then the actual recruiting is handed off to someone on the recruiting staff.
With Sims Executive Search you are guaranteed to be working with one or both of the owners of the company on every aspect of your recruiting project. We will be the ones who work with you up front to do a detailed assessment to determine the exact need of your search, and then we will also do the hands on recruiting for you. We will work directly with the candidates who are your potential new employees to screen, interview, and educate them on the opportunity, your company, and your organization’s culture.
